This is very interesting, I was meditating and -at first- saw that black pool, went in and found a mix of red and orange clouds swirling with the black, also at some point started to see those red-orange clouds closing into a perfect donut and then into a circle, to disappear and let the next one form. Then while closing, I saw a white cloud with dark stripes

If we were to look at chakra colors, blue is correlated with the fifth chakra, which is about speaking your truth -- might there be blockages you could address in your life around speaking freely For black, the interpretation here is about going into a womb- or earth-like state to build the next project. I know migraines are extremely uncomfortable, but perhaps this framework can give a new perspective: that this is your body resetting for the next big thing.

Curious about my closed eye color, I usually see lots of swirling bright colors. When I get a server migraine it turns to dark blue and black moving away from me as if I'm traveling backwards in a tunnel

I just had my first reiki session. The health said my energy was depleted and she seen nor felt anything. She also asked if I felt or sensed anything. I was in the black as well but had a bright purple "northern lights" glowing and flowing through the black. Any insight on my experience?

Good point about the thirstiness -- it is vital in energy work to make sure we're hydrating enough, as it's its own kind of workout! Sending you good energy.
