In reply to Marlon. just tonight i was meditating and had a pretty awesome experience. i commonly see yellow-green smoke/wispy air emanating from my self but tonight i had a crazy bright violet star shaped light show and exand and retract while the yellow-green smoke spun around. this happened for about 10 minutes and i just layed in bed and smiled. thx for sharing your experiences and the diagrams. the yellow you show is the exact shade i also see and the violet. i've been trying to work on my crown chakra and third eye but honestly i am very inexperienced. the biggest prob i have w/spirit/aura training is finding legit, genuine healers. so many scammers sadly. thanks again!

Fascinating -- thank you so much for sharing. It sounds like a very powerful experience! For more on each color, here is an overview: https://drawingsof.com/aura-colors-and-meanings/ . The easiest way to summarize what you experienced in terms of colors was that it was energy clearing and balancing in action, and seems like a very productive, helpful session. I find black particularly interesting with auras because it can indicate the start of a new project. As you have had neck discomfort, perhaps your new chapter is around speaking your truth more fully?

I recently had a reiki healing meditation session for the first time. The stages of colors that l saw were solid “screens “ which slowly shifted as if my body was being scanned. I saw the “backlit” color s, ranging from sky blue to blue/green, to fuchsia to a royal purple. At the next stage, 2 black clouds rose up from the bottom into the lower 1/3 of the purple. Per my request, my healer was particularly working on my chronic neck pain. I wondered if this had any connection. Thank you.

This is very interesting, I was meditating and -at first- saw that black pool, went in and found a mix of red and orange clouds swirling with the black, also at some point started to see those red-orange clouds closing into a perfect donut and then into a circle, to disappear and let the next one form. Then while closing, I saw a white cloud with dark stripes
